Under Contract

We fell in love with this place as soon as we saw it. We made an offer the same day, and by the end of the Columbus Day weekend 2010, we were under contract.

This is a farm house, with portions built in 1790 and other portions added on in 1900. The farm house sits on the top of a slightly sloping 2 acres. There is one barn next to the house, another barn lower on the property and there is a chicken coop and blacksmith shop as well.
